GenealogyKC is free and open to the public. This year's conference will be held Friday August 23, and Saturday August 24, at 6751 NE 70th St, Kansas City, MO 64119. This a meeting house for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, also known as the Liberty Stake Center. The building is adjacent to the Temple.
The event will run from 9:00am until 4:15pm both days.
Each day, we open with a keynote speaker(s). The keynote speakers will be Katie Smith on Friday and a mother/daughter team of Deanne Benbrook and Ashley Arnett on Saturday. Following the keynote speakers, classes begin at 10:15am with multiple classes each hour.
During online registration, participants may chose to request and pay for a box lunch from McAlister's.
