The Modern Historian - Ashley Arnett Years ago, snapping videos and pictures were on a different scale than today. With no hesitation, we take 15 photos of the identical frame! As the pile continues to grow, we avoid scrolling back to our favorite memories and get lost in the maze of excess media when we do. It’s time to master the modern historian in us and refine our memories in paper and digital form. How do you choose what to keep or what’s important? Attaching stories to the media we keep, through metadata and using apps like Mylio or Memories by FamilySearch, will make sure we see the story behind the photo. We will discuss how to make every photo, video, and momento that you keep worthwhile and something your descendants will appreciate.
