CHAR MITTS

Char is the researcher and presenter for C&J Genealogical Services. She is a Service Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints working on FamilySearch. Char is a graduate of the ProGen Study Group, and the leader for two other ProGen Study Groups. She leads the local Legacy Family Tree and FamilySearch Users Groups. She lectures locally and nationally. In 2021, Char and her husband, John, became full-time RVers traveling around the country, doing their genealogy and helping others along the way. Char is the mother of seven children and the grandmother of twenty.
